WPS OFFICE
WPS Office is a lightweight, feature-rich comprehensive office suite with high Microsoft compatibility. Capable of handling texts in Writer, Presentation, Spreadsheet, and PDF files, WPS Office serves as a handy and professional office consultant to help you improve work efficiency.
OFFICE SUITE
Office Suite offers much of the same functionality as WPS Office. It also offers full compatibility with all popular commercial software packages including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides & Adobe PDF.

We use word processing software to create reports, letters, and even emails. The most common word processor is Microsoft Word. However there are many compatible and free alternatives.

WPS Writer offers similar functionality as Microsoft Word but is 100% free. You can open and save Microsoft Word files with WPS software.

A free version but you must sign up and use their cloud storage.

Presentations are needed for many business settings such as training, online and face-to-face lessons and businesses pitches to new clients.
